Your new art management solution.

Designed for artists who want to organize their work beautifully & present it professionally.

Inquire — art management dashboard on desktop and mobile

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Most platforms treat art like a product listing. Inquire is designed around how art actually sells, through relationships, context, and conversation.

The Inquire button

Replace checkout carts with a direct conversation. Collectors click Inquire, you get an email. Discuss price and details, then close on your own terms.

Password-protected catalogs

Share private catalogs with specific collectors, galleries, or curators. You see who opened it and how often they revisited.

Present work the right way

Switch between grid, feed, or full-screen. The same catalog works for a studio visit, a collector follow-up, or a gallery pitch.

Add work anywhere

Photograph a new piece and add it to your catalog in under a minute. The whole platform runs from your phone, no app store required.

Know where every work is

Track which pieces are in the studio, on loan, at a fair, or sold. It replaces the tracking sheet you're probably keeping somewhere else already.

Group work into series

Build named sets by exhibition, medium, or time period. Put a series together once, then choose which catalogs it appears in.

Edition management

Set the run and proofs once. Every impression gets its own record, with status and location tracked individually. No spreadsheet running alongside.

Tag it your way

Build your own taxonomy on top: theme, palette, size, whatever matters to your practice. No fields borrowed from a gallery database.

Grows into your website

inquire.art/your-name works in an email signature, a bio, or a business card. Add a custom domain on Pro, and it becomes your website.

Private by default.
Public by choice.

Artists have good reason to be careful about where their work ends up. Vague privacy promises don’t mean much once you look closer. Here’s what it means on Inquire.art:

No AI training, ever

Your images are never used to train an AI model, ours or anyone else's, not now and not quietly added later in a terms update.

No hidden location data

We strip image metadata automatically on upload, so a photo of a piece in your studio doesn't also broadcast your studio's address.

Inquiries go straight to you

When a collector clicks Inquire, the message goes directly to your inbox. We don't read it, store it, or hold onto it on our end.

You decide what's public

When you upload a piece, you choose whether it appears on your public profile. From there, add it to public or private catalogs as you see fit.

Share it, or don't

Inquire.art works as a private system too. Nothing about your catalog is shared unless you choose to share it.

Your data leaves when you do

Close your account and we clear your data within 30 days, or choose to have it instantly deleted. Nothing sits in an archive somewhere after you're gone.
